Responsible use

Acceptable Use Policy

Use Termnova for authorized contract operations—not to harm people, evade controls, or access data that is not yours.

Effective September 18, 2026Applies to every user

Prohibited activity

You may not use Termnova, directly or indirectly, to:

  • Violate law, sanctions, court orders, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, confidentiality duties, or contractual restrictions.
  • Upload content you lack authority to process, including unlawfully obtained personal information or privileged material you are not authorized to disclose.
  • Exploit, threaten, harass, discriminate against, defraud, impersonate, or facilitate harm to any person.
  • Generate or distribute malware, phishing, credential theft, destructive code, or instructions intended to compromise systems.
  • Probe, scan, test, or bypass authentication, rate limits, tenant boundaries, security controls, or provider safeguards without written authorization.
  • Access another customer’s data, share credentials, conceal account origin, or use automated access outside documented interfaces.
  • Overload the service, cause denial of service, abuse free or shared provider capacity, or interfere with another user.
  • Scrape or extract the service, prompts, model-routing details, source code, or outputs to reproduce or benchmark Termnova except where law or a written agreement permits it.
  • Present AI output as verified professional advice, evidence, or fact when it has not received appropriate human review.
  • Use Termnova to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on a person without lawful authority, required notice, and meaningful human review.

Security research

Do not test production systems without prior written permission. Good-faith vulnerability reports should identify the affected surface and reproduction steps without accessing, retaining, changing, or disclosing customer data. Submit an initial report through the private operator contact form; do not include live credentials or sensitive data.

Enforcement

Termnova may investigate suspected violations and remove content, throttle activity, revoke sessions, suspend accounts or integrations, preserve evidence, or notify affected customers and authorities when reasonably necessary. Where the risk is not urgent, reasonable efforts will be made to provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Enforcement decisions may be appealed through the operator contact form.

Customer responsibilities

Customers should assign least-privilege roles, promptly remove former users, configure approved model and storage providers, keep independent source-document copies, review integrations, and train users to verify important outputs. Administrators must not disable safeguards in a way that creates unlawful or unsafe processing.
