Inclusive access

Accessibility Statement

Termnova is being built so legal and procurement work can be completed with different devices, input methods, and access needs.

Last reviewed September 18, 2026Improvement in progress
No premature conformance claim.

Termnova uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing target, but has not yet completed an independent accessibility audit and does not claim full conformance.

Current approach

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and native controls are preferred.
  • Core navigation and sign-in flows are designed for keyboard use, with visible focus and skip links.
  • Text, status, and evidence are not intended to rely on color alone.
  • Layouts adapt to narrow screens and browser zoom, and reduced-motion preferences are respected where animation is used.
  • Legal pages use high-legibility type, descriptive link text, responsive tables, and structured reading order.

Known limitations

Some dense contract visualizations, graphs, document previews, third-party identity pages, and generated documents may not yet provide an equivalent experience for every assistive technology. Extracted document text can inherit problems from inaccessible source PDFs or scans. Automated AI descriptions and translations also require human verification.

Request help or report a barrier

Use the operator contact form and state “Termnova accessibility.” Include the page or workflow, what you were trying to do, the barrier, browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and a preferred contact method. Do not include contract contents or credentials.

Termnova will acknowledge the report, work toward an accessible alternative, and prioritize fixes based on severity and impact. Procurement teams may request current accessibility documentation through the same channel.

Compatibility

The service is intended for current versions of major browsers with JavaScript enabled. Authentication and interactive workspace features may require cookies and modern browser security capabilities. The public legal documents remain readable as ordinary HTML.
