Data Rights Requests

A clear process for requesting access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or an appeal.

Last updated September 18, 2026No fee for ordinary requests

1. Submit a request

Use the private operator contact form and select or state “Termnova privacy request.” Include:

  • Your name, work email, country or state, and organization or workspace, if applicable.
  • The right you want to exercise and enough detail to locate the relevant information.
  • Whether you are acting for yourself or as an authorized agent.

Do not place government identification, credentials, contract text, or other sensitive data in the first message. A secure follow-up method will be provided if more information is required.

2. Verification

Termnova will verify requests in proportion to their sensitivity, using information already associated with the account where possible. This may include confirming control of an email address, an active authenticated session, organization administrator involvement, or limited additional information. Authorized agents must provide evidence of authority, and the individual may be asked to confirm the request directly.

3. Customer-controlled data

If the request concerns content in an organization’s workspace, that organization normally controls the data. Termnova may refer the request to its administrator and assist as a processor. Contact your organization first when practical. Termnova will not disclose another person’s data or confidential customer material in responding.

4. Timing and outcomes

Receipt will be acknowledged and the request handled within the period required by applicable law, typically 30 or 45 days. A lawful extension may be used for complex or numerous requests, with notice. Termnova may deny or limit a request where identity cannot be verified, an exemption applies, the request would adversely affect others, or retention is required for security, legal claims, contractual duties, or law.

The response will explain the outcome and, where applicable, how to appeal. Appeals should be submitted through the same channel within 30 days and marked “privacy appeal.” You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator.

5. U.S. state disclosures

Termnova does not sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. It does not currently use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. Therefore no “Do Not Sell or Share” link is displayed. If these practices change, required notices and opt-out mechanisms will be implemented before the change.

6. Non-discrimination

Termnova will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Features that require retained information may become unavailable after deletion, and authenticated access cannot function without the necessary account and session data.
